Beginner Yoga Series (not just for beginners)
Thursdays in April (3; 10; 17; 24), 2014 10:30am-12pm

This beginner yoga series will give you more detailed and hands on training for many basic yoga poses including sun salutations, warrior series, and many more. Instruction for the use of modifications and props will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on core stability and protecting your back in postures.
This series is appropriate for all ages! You will gain the confidence and knowledge to perform poses safely and effectively for your body type. Flexibility not required!

This two hour deep and stretchy Vinyasa class is prepared to awaken your inner being and connect with the rhythm of the heart. We will be inviting a sense of tranquility and awareness by listening to tribal beats led by Rachel Layne, a bellydancer, yoga teacher, and massage therapist.
In this class we will explore hip circles and stretching deeply to connect with our inner most core and the deep tissue layers of the body.
Everyone is welcome to attend! All levels welcome, although some Vinyasa level 2 experience is preferred*
