Join Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor, Chelsea Jo Conard, in this KimChi-Making Workshop!

KimChi is the Korean term for this cultured veggie delight!  It’s very tasty and one of the most beneficial foods to begin adding into your diet.

**Please note:  If you have ever struggled with Candida (some symptoms including itchy skin, uti, yeast infection, fatigue, fibromyalgia, bloating, digestive issues, sugar cravings, auto-immune disorders like psoriasis and arthritis…), this workshop is ESPECIALLY for you.

In this workshop, you will learn the benefits of cultured foods, how to make your own cultured vegetables, and you will leave with recipes and your very own homemade batch of KimChi.

I will provide all of the veggies and jars.  Bring your favorite herbs/ spices to use and to share!

For those of you who love to play with your food and get a little sloppy in the kitchen, bring an apron!
