We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment if you are a new client and 5-10 minutes prior for returning clients.. This allows enough time for the appropriate paperwork to be completed as well as a consultation so that we can tailor your service to fit your needs.
For yoga & other classes, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes after the class begins will not be allowed to enter.
Please understand that our Massage Therapists and Estheticians’ time is valuable.
All scheduled appointments require a 24 hour cancelation notice. All appointments that are canceled after the required time will be subject to a charge of $25.

Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated. Gratuities for services typically range from 15-20% or higher depending on your experience.
